Work or play clothing and supportive foot wear is what we recommend. No shorts allowed. You may visit our pro shop to find a one-piece camo coverall/jump suit to wear. Wearing multiple layers of clothing will only help to overheat you and not necessarily keep you from feeling a paintball hit.
